- Sagging greater than 20mm (without load) in spring mattresses
- Spring defects (broken or protruding springs)
- Manufacturing defects in foam or latex
- Cover stitching defects
- Zipper defects on removable covers
What's NOT Covered
The following are typically excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal softening and body impressions under 20mm
- Stains (use a mattress protector)
- Damage from using an improper bed base
- Physical damage (cuts, burns)
- Comfort preference changes (try the 90-day exchange policy instead)
